The Bill (Reg. No.1170) specifies the regulations of effective Law regarding estimation of tax payer´s expanses, in case authorized fund of an economic entity includes property, securities or corporate rights.
The Committee members believe that the Bill fails to settle problematic issues regarding taxation of securities.
Taking into account different conceptual methods of taxation of securities/corporate rights, the Committee recommends that Parliament forwards for further elaboration the Bill on amendments to the Law "On Corporate Income Tax" (re Operations with Securities and Corporate Rights).
